I totally blown my thighs today,,,, Got lost around sims avenue while trying a new way to ecp... hehe... I was cycling with thigh cramps.. then the cramps susided, while is followed by uncontrolleable twitching of the quadriceps.... then more cramps till the extend of feeling immune of cramps...

Great to be the ODAC ppl again! went back to the helipad! so now i know where is it.. heheh... er.. can anyone send me the pics taken there? Esp Yvonne! send me the pics i took~! Didn't really noe how many ppl read my blog... hmm..
