hello!!! these few days very the tired.... but gotta endure... first my chem test didn't turn out all that well... haiz... didn't read the graphs... lost 4 marks due to carelessness..........haiz...... then today did 2.4km, my best at 10.12min!! eheh... Wah today Kai Feng run so damn fast... counldn't catch up with him... hahha.... a bit the du lan.. hahah... nvm since i was a ble to push him to his max no bad liaoz... hahaha....anyways gtg read newspaper and the critical think book.. haha.... sleep at 1230am!

Hello!!! back from the one star kayaking course!!! Damn fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Although i kayaked before unofficial certified, the whole course was a total new experience for me!! Choppy waters, my first capsize, canoepolo, and using the 'power push'(cos i now got strength mah... last time weakling..,, hehe)!!!! ahhaha so fun!!! Then hop into the sea kayak, all right!!! Damn fast and shiok!!!! Can paddle all the way manz and able to perfect my paddling to maintain constant velocity and increase when need too using the 'power push'...... ANd the waves!!! hahaha... Just luV 'em when u are going straight against them!!! And eating in the kayak in the middle of the sea!! damn interesting!!!!! haha!!! Of course there's a price to pay lahz... kena sunbrunt like *TooT* and still having motion sickness(Feeling like a boat in the sea while on land)... hahaha.... But overall i love it!!!! Maybe i can go down once a month to practise practise...... ehehe... must get ppl liaoz...

helloz... today pe kinda sianz... jump on the trampoline( something like that) for 10+ mins... and did some pull ups, steps machines...... and a little weight training for the fingers.... Must try to do 2fingers pull ups..... ahha... tomoloe and sunday got kayaking course... and won't be back till sunday!!! bye !!! gtg sleep.... tomolo i think got 4444....... died.....

Read the newspaper today... kinda sad to find that S'pore can't get out of WHO SARS list..... haiz..... How long must we go through this? Now there's the bombing in Casablanca....... What is happening to the world today? Hmm..... maybe the newspapers just focus much on the suffering and neglected the good news.... or is there none in the first place?

hello! been studying these few days.... haha...... studying outside rules!!!! maybe going to orchard library quite often... plus the heat is rising manz..... haha ... good excuse to go out to study..... Studied at Orchard lib on sat... kena suan like siaoz by yvonne, sophia and eleanor....... haiz.... but they kept me awake while studying. no a bad thing after all... =P

Got a book on critical thinking from the library... New book sia... i was the first to borrow it! Hope it helps me in my GP... The book title is Critical Thinking : An introduction by Alec Fisher... I reccomend it! Go get it from the lib once i am finished with it

today went to pulau tekong to see the BMTC... Not as bad as i thought... hahha.. like chalet... hahah..... i think i would enjoy my stay there! hhahahahha.... just noe that the sars virus can survived on surfaces for a few days... haha...... now they are still checking out whenther it can tranismit through environmental contamination..... haha.... ppl WASH UR HANDS!!!!

hello! Today in the morning, went to bt timah for walk walk. Finally today we are able to walk the woodcutter's trail without been caught! Haha! Then it started raining and puddles of water began to appear... They soon became small streams... them bigger streams as the rain kept pouring.... Then finally we when hiking in river ankle deep... hahaha... good exp manz..... perfect for trail running!!! Hahaha... felt like trail running today!!!! Cool!!!
